Our employees are important. That is why we invest in study programmes and training courses that contribute to their development or provide opportunities for the future. But our involvement goes further than our own people alone. It is why we sponsor a number of good causes such as Warchild, Villa Pardoes and Stichting KiKa. In our own region we have donated toys to an childcare organisation.
We make efforts to reduce our ecological footprint. This is why we are part of the Climate Neutral Group and participate in CO2 compensation projects. Naturally, we encourage our own employees to use environmentally-friendly vehicles. In addition we apply The New World of Work as far as possible with flexible working times and giving employees the opportunity to work from home. In our organisation we separate waste and paper, we print in an environmentally-friendly manner and we use energy-efficient lighting.
