Analysing the existing situation
Our experienced consultants will first take stock of your existing vehicle fleet together with everything that is associated with it. So not only the cars and the lease costs associated with them, but also the SLAs and PLAs, the car scheme itself, the car policy within the organisation and any sticking points that may exist. Everything that has anything to do with your vehicle fleet is mapped out.
Taking stock of the requirements
After the analysis an inventory of the requirements of all stakeholders will be drawn up. Because in order to make plans for the future it is important that the wishes and expectations are clear and are tuned to each other. Without support in the organisation introducing and implementing changes is, after all, a hopeless mission. Fleet Support plays a role in this as an objective bridge-builder: we weigh the various interests from each discipline against the consequences of possible choices and create the conditions to arrive at a joint policy.
Once the current situation and the desired situation have been mapped out, we will help you to formulate the SMART objectives to flesh-out the desired situation. A plan of action is drawn up and responsibilities are specified and allocated.
Advice and (re)organisation
Based on the path that has been followed advice will follow on the (re)organisation of your vehicle fleet. This is an important phase in the consultancy project which lays the foundations for further services from Fleet Support. During this phase the Back Office and Front Office processes relating to the lease administration, invoice processing and checking, the payroll administration and checks on the use and recalculations are reorganized.
Implementation and service
You can expect all necessary support from us in implementing the Fleet Support services you have chosen. Our own experts in the ICT field can take care of the full data migration which delivers ready-to-use booking files for the payroll administration. We also offer an 'in house' service; one of our employees remains with you (temporarily) to support your own vehicle fleet employees in the first phase of the new situation.
Monitoring and evaluation
Our involvement in your vehicle fleet does not end with the conclusion of an agreement and setting it up. It is exactly in the period following this, in which the effects of the strategy you have selected are being felt within your organisation, that we stay in contact with you.
