Data Controller (financial and data)

Arnhem, 40 hours

Mobility is in an unclear turn to tomorrow. We help our customers move towards electric fleets and flexible mobility services. These make business mobility increasingly complex. A challenge that makes your firm grip on data and figures indispensable. Do you help from your important discipline to make clients from the top 50 in the business world future-proof in mobility?

This is what you will do

• You concentrate on the financial aspects of our services, and on the price agreements with our customers and their mobility suppliers.
• You correct and check the financial mobility data of our customers and their suppliers.
• You provide financial statements and reports.
• You check the financial data for completeness, correctness and lawfulness, and you continuously optimize the quality of the checks.
• You initiate, monitor and realize credit claims at suppliers of customers.
• You inform suppliers about mobility costs invoiced to our customer.
• You perform connection checks aimed at improving our services.
• You provide booking and deduction files to our customers.
• You implement our Lease Rate Monitor (LRM).
• You participate in projects that improve the quality of our internal processes and services.

You take this with you

• A completed MBO Level 4 training in a business administration direction.
• VNA leasing diploma is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of financial and administrative processes.
• Demonstrated experience in reporting at management and board level.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
• Affinity with car lease and mobility speaks to your advantage, as does experience in this industry.
