In the new role of Team Lead Customer Service, you and your team members will work on further optimizing, professionalizing & innovating the services to our customers. You have a keen eye for the quality of the service and you know how to optimally use the capacities of your team members. You coach and motivate the team (approximately 15 people) to get the best out of themselves and to do a little better every day.

As a Team Lead, you ensure proper planning and workload distribution. You provide a safe environment in which everyone can give each other feedback and you pay attention to everyone's personal development. As a true People manager & Change Agent you build and work together on the development of a dynamic team, you are able to implement changes and create support for this within the team. Ultimately, this with one goal: realizing the best possible customer experience.

  • In the first place, you ensure proper planning of the organization & team tasks and their distribution. 
  • You ensure that tasks are carried out and you provide support where necessary.
  • Coaching the team and team members to achieve the best results together.
  • You provide your team members with feedback to help them develop further and support them in making a development plan.
  • You are a real Change Agent and you work intensively with the Manager Operations and the other Team Leads to continuously improve the organization and team performance and you know how to implement the necessary changes.

You are responsible for realizing the established team KPIs and performance;

  • NPS and E-NPS and other KPIs. HR KPIs: performance management cycle team members, team composition, filling vacancies (according to formation), absenteeism and turnover.
  • You give employees space and responsibility for initiative, ownership, development and you facilitate them in this. 
  • You also actively discuss short and long-term development opportunities within and outside the department.
  • With your analytical skills you make proposals for system and/or (department transcending) process improvements.
  • Frequent quality monitoring, 1-on-1 coaching,
  • You give advice in departmental (or organisation-wide) improvement projects.

  • You also have experience in this.
  • You are customer - and result-oriented and know how to deal with the customer.
  • You know how to build a strong team and shape the organization.
  • You like / have experience with coaching to help people with their personal development.
  • You are authentic, confident, careful and have strong communication skills.
  • You have relevant experience as a manager or supervisor in a similar environment.
  • You have HBO working and thinking level and you get along very well with the computer.
  • You are stress-resistant and flexible and love to be busy.
